As we look ahead to the next few months, it appears that Covid-19 is not going away anytime soon. With this in mind we have begun to see how well we can adapt to change and how we can continue to strive in our improvement efforts by using different technology, making smaller daily gains and adapt the way we communicate with others to ensure we can still achieve our QI goals.
