Our user feedback over the years has helped shape Life QI into what it is today. All of our users are collectively a vital component in the development of Life QI.
Why is feedback important to Life QI?
The meaning of feedback - “information about reactions to a product, a person's performance of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement.” – Oxford dictionary.
Our users are using Life QI on a daily basis all around the world, with each user having a unique experience of using the software. Our development team work tirelessly to ensure that each user’s experience of Life QI is a positive one, but how do they know whether users experience of using Life QI is positive, negative or when an area requires improvement? The answer is Feedback!
There are several ways you can provide us with your feedback. Of course, you do not have to leave us any feedback, but please take a look at the reasons why you and other users will benefit if you do:
- We know what we are doing right
When user feedback praises aspects of Life QI, we get to understand what we are doing right and
what we can try and do more of to enhance the user experience even further.
- We know what we are doing wrong
When a user has a negative experience whilst using Life QI, it is important that we fully understand the problem so we can endeavour to improve their experience. A part of the system may not be functioning as well as it should be or is difficult to navigate through at times, so it is a benefit to all users that we are made aware of any issues that arise so we can fix them.
- We can implement your feature request
A user may see an opportunity for an aspect of Life QI to be improved, which is not currently on our Development team’s radar. The user that has come up with this idea may be one of many users seeing the same improvement opportunity, so the more users that ask for this feature request, the more potential it has to become a new additional to the system. Providing the feature request does not require moving heaven and earth to implement, the Development team will work their magic and see to it that the feature request is added to the system as soon as possible.
- We can support you
Our helpdesk team are knowledgeable in how Life QI works and can therefore offer the support our users may require. Whether it be guidance or training, if you make it clear in your feedback that you do not know how a part of Life QI works our helpdesk team will support you.
- Surveys
Regular Life QI users will be familiar with our surveys. Without our users participation, we would not know what we are doing right or what areas require improvement, which is why your feedback is vital to the development of Life QI.
A user score out of 0-10 will be distinctive to that particular user and their experience of using Life QI. This score tells us how happy our user base is with Life QI, as the question in the survey suggests (?).
“How likely is it that you would recommend Life QI to a friend or colleague?”
Additionally, to enable us to understand why you chose your score, you have the option at the end of the survey to leave a feedback comment.
- Feedback form
Another simple way to leave your feedback is by selecting the blue chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, whilst on Life QI. You can then select “Give feedback, Live chat and Create an email ticket".
Live chat is a great way to get a quick response from our helpdesk team who will provide the support you require instantly.
Any feedback you provide during a Live chat will be logged by the helpdesk. On occasions we may need to send a follow up email to keep you in the loop on the outcome of that feedback.
Direct email response times may not be instant like the Live chat support, but this option provides you with a way of detailing your feedback in your own time.
