These certificate reports can then be generated when viewing the successful project and exported as A4 PDF files to be used in personal development reviews, evidencing competency or even count towards continuous professional development credits.   A few examples of where certificates have been used in Life QI are:    >  On completion of a QI Training course  >  When a project reaches a certain milestone   >  Completed projects  >  Junior Doctor QI Training    We have an example certificate here for you to check out:   ![certificate](https://blog.lifeqisystem.com/hs-fs/hubfs/certificate.png?width=473&height=652&name=certificate.png)     This is just one example of how the report templates can be used in creative ways. You could also try designing an A4 poster or project on a page template for example.     All report templates are created in the Settings area in Life QI.
