Now you can celebrate the successes and identify areas requiring a helping hand using powerful analytics that aggregate data from across your QI portfolio, giving you everything you need at your fingertips.
With its colours, graphs, and new imagery, the Analytics dashboards provide clear and visual displays of activity across your users, projects, programmes, organisations and much more.
Analytics dashboards are used to provide a snapshot of key metrics drawn from your QI data. The dashboards, populated with counts and charts, allow you to gather and analyse key metrics to help understand the level and impact of improvement work taking place across your organisation.
All users have access to their organisation's top level Analytics to give an insight into how many colleagues are using Life QI, how many projects are being carried out at the organisation and how they are progressing. It is broken down into two areas, project data and user data.
As well as having a pre-defined Organisation dashboard, your Admin users can create dashboards tailored to your organisation's reporting needs making it easy to deliver the right information to the right people. Whether your interest is in the number of projects you are running or the progress score of your projects over time, tailored analytics allows you to focus on improvement projects, instead of writing reports!
All users now also have a mini dashboard on their Start page giving an instant overview of your own QI portfolio. This dashboard is running live data every time you view it, so you are always getting the most up-to-date information.
You will also be able to view your organisations dashboard to get a sense of the wider QI picture within your organisation.
So login in now, check out your Start page, and then head over to the new Analytics area to take a look at your organisation's dashboard.

As well as ALL of this, we have also launched filters on list pages allowing you to perform detailed searches. You can use a series of filters to narrow your search when trying to identify projects, organisations, people, programmes, or groups that meet the criteria you are interested in.
